Took my car in for an inspection today as vehicle check service was due also as it was a used car it gave me piece of mind. Excellent service & my BMW will be maintained here as long as I have it 👍🏻. Now have an audi TT which will also be serviced there.

I had a minor electrical issue with my car and they the car in for a diagnostic very promptly. The issue turned out to be minot and they resolved only charging me for the diagnostic. Very professional and would recommend.

Have used this firm for over 30 years. Consistent advice and repairs at excellent value for money completed on time without fail. You are treated as a customer, not just another reg number needing to be overcharged. Wouldn’t dream of taking my vehicles anywhere else. They identified and fixed the problem leak, and I was so impressed with their service I decided to have some more work done on my Mercedes and on my wifes Astra. Our experience has been so good that I think they may have made some new customers (sorry old garage) as they were unfailing polite, fairly priced and trust worthy. 5 stars 🙂

After a sudden loud noise made me leave the M5 urgently I found Mann Automotive as a nearby garage. Friday afternoon, midway through a long and stressful journey, they immediately had my car up for inspection, found bolts missing from a plate under the car and replaced them. They were quick, friendly and generous. Total saviours! Would highly recommend for excellent service!

The best garage I have ever been to, simply because they always go the extra mile in whatever they do. I have just had my engine and gearbox oil changed, and I appreciate the fact it is a DIY job really, but the guys made a wonderful job by cleaning all the engine components under the bonnet at no extra cost. Bear in mind, this is not the first time when I was positively surprised by the service, previously, when I had a problem with leaking fuel pipe and was about going for a long journey abroad, the guy fixed it for me as a matter of urgency plus cleaned the undercover tray and put an anti-corrosion protection. Do I need to say more?

My water pump seized on the M5 so I limped off at the Tewkesbury junction, with my dashboard flashing like a Xmas tree of doom.
I googled 8 garages closest to me, inc reviews from different sources. Mann Autoservices were in my top 3, but I was swayed by their expertise with German cars. Even during lockdown they sourced the parts, fitted and had me back on the road by the end of the day. No dramas, just efficient, knowledgable and dependable. Their bill was very reasonable too. Their hard efforts not reflected in the few hours they booked to the job. Plan B was an option too as they had a service car available if it couldn’t be fixed that day or I needed to get home/work.
I would therefore highly recommend this garage. My only regret is that they are not closer to home, or I’d use them all the time. I didn’t realise that garage envy is a thing…. but I think it could be.

Excellent service and very good value We travelled from Hampshire with our Vauxhall Tigra struggling and a light indicating a problem with the engine management system. Asked locally and was recommended to try Mann Autoservices. The garage owner was very helpful and agreed to take the car in despite a full Friday afternoon schedule. They identified the problem, were able to replace the faulty sensor and we travelled home without any further problems. Without their help, we’d have been stranded! They also kindly switched the battery for us (which required removing bodywork!). I was pleasantly surprised by a bill of only £146 including £79+VAT for the faulty sensor. Only 45 minutes labour charged which included road testing. I would highly recommend this garage and would certainly use them if I lived in the area.

Great customer service – Contacted early one morning as coolant and tyre pressure warning lights on and due to drive to Teesside later the same day. Told me to come down straight away and sorted all issues out within half an hour. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t charge me. Would definitely recommend

I love this place I have found Mann Auto perfectly suited to my requirements and importantly sensibly priced, with the technical skills and experience to maintain and re commission a variety of cars from my 1969 Ford Mustang to my VW Touareg , and not just the little jobs saving me over £1000 when the drive shaft needed changing on the Touareg against VW price!. More recently they have fully recommissioned an old Ferrari 400i engine for me , they did the research and even managed the re-chrome and gold plating on the throttle levers , it looks incredible. Worth giving them a call…..

Professional I’ve had an ABS light on my BMW Z3 for a while and wanted to know exactly what the problem was, I looked around Cheltenham and Tewksbury and found Mann Aiuto services who specialised in German cars, I read the reviews as you do and decided to book my car in with them. Well I’m so glad that I did as they looked at the car and told me exactly what the problem was and how much the job would cost. Great honest service from Peter and Martin etc, I highly recommend them.

I always take my car here for servicing. They won’t rip you off and give good, honest advice. Can’t fault them. I called in today at 4:45pm with a battery charging fault on my car. The mechanic quickly realised it was a broken fanbelt. 😣 They managed to get a replacement belt delivered and fitted by 5:30pm and delivered the car to me at the gym down the road. Amazing service. Love it when you find people you can rely upon 😊

Get the job done right Absolutely brilliant service. Went to these having being recommended by someone – they were not wrong. Got to the route of the problem and fixed it (which is all you really want)The guy I saw (looks like a dentist, but don’t let that put you off) really knows his stuff when it comes to German cars. Can’t fault them and will definitely return!
